REGULATORY PRINCIPLES OF THE DRAW OF A ONE-NIGHT ACCOMMODATION WITH BREAKFAST FOR 2 PEOPLE FOR PARTICIPATING IN THE TOURIST SURVEY OF THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF ANOIA

The present regulatory principles aim to promote the participation of users in the Anoia tourist promotion surveys promoted by County Council of Anoia (CCA) with the collaboration of the Anoia Business Union (UEA), encouraged by the public draw of one night accommodation with breakfast included in the region for two people, in order to increase the number of participants and promote sustainable tourism of the region.

The CCA with the collaboration of UEATurisme organizes a draw among all those people who respond to the Anoia tourist survey, in accordance with the terms and conditions indicated below.

Participation in the draw attributes the condition of user or participant and implies the acceptance of the following conditions of use. Any statement in the opposite direction, that is, of not accepting the present conditions of the draw, will imply the exclusion of the participant and, as a result of it, CCA will be free of fulfillment of the obligations contracted with said participant.

1. Conditions of participation and draw

– Participants: All persons of legal age of any nationality and place of residence who have fulfilled and completed the tourist survey of Anoia, through the link or the QR code provided at the tourist points of the region, are considered participants. The personal data requested for participation is the email address.

– Participation system: The last question of the Anoia tourist survey will be the participants’ email address and their consent to participate in the draw.

– Deadline for participation: From 1 August 2024 to 31 October 2024.

– Award: Night of accommodation with breakfast for two people in the region of Anoia

The prize is personal and non-transferable and it cannot be exchanged for cash or for any other benefit or service. The winners must be identified by means of an official document. The notification of the prize will be made via email to the email address provided by the participant, in case of not receiving a confirmation response in 15 calendar days, it will be taken that he/she rejects the prize and the address of the second position’s user in the draw will be used.

– Draw: All users who have answered the survey through registered email addresses participate in the draw. The winner of the draw will be randomly selected among all participants using the program https://app-sorteos.com/es or similar software to select the email address randomly, once said participation is finished. The draw will take place on November 4th, 2024, and will be carried out by the tourism and / or communication technicians of the CCA.
– Winner: The notification of the prize will be made via email to the email address provided by the participant, which must confirm the acceptance; in case of not receiving a confirmation response in 15 calendar days, it will be taken that he/she rejects the prize and the address of the second position’s user in the draw will be used.

– Advertising: The winners authorize the Regional Council of Anoia to disseminate and announce the award ceremony.

– Right of exclusion and modification: CCA reserves the right to exclude from participation in the draw all participants do not comply with the rules of the contest, as well as if their participation is contrary to the law, good customs and the image of the County Council of Anoia. The exclusion of any participant implies the loss of all rights derived from this condition. CCA reserves the right to modify or cancel the draw for any reason that advises it and without the need to give prior notice.

– Exclusions: The staff linked to the public administration and the staff of the private companies directly related to the organization of the draw will be excluded from participating in the draw, .

– Publication: These General Basis Regulating the draw and the results of the draw will be published on the website of www.anoiaturisme.cat.

2. Protection of personal data

Participation in the draw requires completing personal data that is considered essential to participate. The County Council of Anoia treats in a confidential way the information it receives from the participants in the draw. The County Council of Anoia can use the data obtained to communicate to the participant any news related to this draw and to send information and advertising through any means or information channel. Regarding the data requested, participants may exercise the rights recognized by law and the rights of access, rectification or cancellation of data and opposition, where appropriate, as well as the right to revoke the consent given for the transfer of their data. These rights may be exercised by the participant or, where appropriate, by the person who represents him by written and signed request, directed by email to the address dpd@anoia.cat

The County Council of Anoia does not store the personal data that has been obtained and adopts the measures necessary to prevent its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access. The County Council of Anoia complies with these obligations in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. The information provided by the participant must be true. Therefore, the participant guarantees the authenticity of all the data he communicates and is solely responsible for the false or inaccurate statements he makes, and the damages caused to the County Council of Anoia or to third parties for the information he provides. These databases are governed in every one of their aspects by Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD).
